- The annual income of the student's parents/guardians must be below ₹2.50 lakh for SC/ST, ₹1.50 lakh for OBC, and ₹1 lakh for EWC.
- The student must be enrolled in a recognized course at a government or accredited institution.
- The student must be a native resident of Rajasthan.
- Specific eligibility criteria apply based on the caste category.

Students can apply for the scholarship through the SSO portal by clicking on the scholarship icon in the SJE section or through the scholarship portal at www.scholarship.rajasthan.gov.in.

- Aadhar Card
- Domicile Certificate
- Income Declaration
- Fee Receipt
- Marksheet of the last passed examination
