This scholarship is provided to the children of soldiers who were martyred or permanently disabled in wars after April 1, 1999, and are studying in classes 1 to 12.

Eligibility
Students must be children of soldiers who were martyred or permanently disabled in wars. They should be regular students in classes 1 to 12 in schools run by the central government, state government, municipalities, or schools recognized by the education department.

Applications can be submitted through the respective school where the student is enrolled. Required documents include:
- Aadhar Card Copy
- Jan Aadhar/Bhamashah Card Copy
- Certificate of martyrdom/permanent disability of the soldier.
