The scheme aims to provide financial assistance to farmers for the installation of water-carrying pipes from the source to their fields. It offers a subsidy of 50% of the cost or a maximum of Rs. 15,000 for pipes up to 800 meters in length, covering all types of pipes such as PVC and HDPE, based on the farmer's requirements. The scheme ensures that 24% of the benefits flow to SC/ST farmers and 20% to women farmers or women groups.

- Assistant Agricultural Officer at the Village Level
- Agricultural Officer / Deputy Agricultural Officer at the Block Level
- Assistant Director of Agriculture at the Block Level
- Joint Director of Agriculture at the District Level
