The scheme "Personality Development and Yogasan Training Camp for Schedule Caste Youth" by the Sports, Youth and Cultural Activities Department, Government of Gujarat, aims to foster the overall development—physical, mental, and spiritual—of youth 14–35 years)belonging to the Scheduled Castes through structured yogasana and personality development programs. Each camp runs for 7 days and selects 50 beneficiaries per district from across Gujarat. The initiative serves to empower socially disadvantaged youth and enhance their self-esteem, discipline, and holistic well-being. The scheme is implemented by the District Youth Development Officers across all districts of Gujarat.

Eligibility
- The applicant should belong to the Scheduled Caste (SC) category.
- The applicant should be a resident of Gujarat.

Offline
Step 1: The applicant should download the application form or applicants may visit the Sports Directorate and request a hard copy of the prescribed format of the application form.
Step 2: All required fields in the form should be completed carefully, and copies of the necessary documents must be enclosed (self-attestation may be required).
Step 3: Submit the properly filled and signed application form, along with all attached documents, to the District Youth Development Office.
Step 4: Ensure to obtain a submission receipt or acknowledgment slip from the official receiving the application for future reference.
