The "Pension Scheme to the Dependents (Husband/Wife) of Identified State Agitators, Other than those Who either went to Jail for 7 Days or were Injured During the Uttarakhand State Movement" scheme is implemented by the Police Department under the Department of Home, Government of Uttarakhand. The scheme aims to provide a monthly pension to the dependents (husband/wife) of such identified state agitators who do not fall under the category of agitators jailed for 7 days or injured during the movement, and who were neither receiving agitator pension or any other government pension, nor employed in government service.

Eligibility

  1. The applicant must be a resident of Uttarakhand.

  4. The deceased agitator must not have been receiving agitator pension or any other pension from a government source, nor employed in government service.
