Pension Scheme for State Agitators Other Than Category of Agitators Who Went to Jail for 7 Days or got Injured during the Uttarakhand State Movement

The "Pension Scheme for State Agitators Other Than Category of Agitators Who went to Jail for 7 Days or got Injured during the Uttarakhand State Movement" scheme is implemented by the Police Department under the Department of Home, Government of Uttarakhand. The scheme aims to provide a monthly pension to state agitators who do not fall under the category of those imprisoned for 7 days or injured during the Uttarakhand State Movement, and who are not entitled to an agitational pension or any other government pension, nor are employed in government service.

Pension Amount: ₹4,500/- per month

1. The applicant must be a resident of Uttarakhand.
2. The applicant must be an identified state agitator, excluding those who were jailed for seven days or injured during the Uttarakhand state movement.
3. The applicant must not be entitled to an agitational pension or any other pension from a government source.
4. The applicant must not be employed in any government service.

• The required documents must be attached with the application form, and the pension will be sanctioned only after verification by the District Magistrate.
