The scheme “Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay Vigyaan Gram Sankul Pariyojana” is funded by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, and implemented by the Uttarakhand State Council for Science and Technology (UCOST) under the Department of Science and Technology, Government of Uttarakhand.
