The Panchayat Samiti Nandishala Jan Sahbhagita Yojana aims to provide shelter for destitute male cattle in every Panchayat Samiti of the state. Under this scheme, 90% of the total cost of constructing basic infrastructure, amounting to ₹1.57 crore, will be provided by the state government. The selected organization will act as the implementing agency. The scheme was initiated in the year 2021-22.

Eligibility
- The organization must have been operational for at least 3 years.
- Only existing Gaushalas are eligible.
- The organization must own at least 10 bighas (16,000 square meters) of land for maintaining 250 male cattle.
- Proof of availability of 10% contribution is required.
