The "Panchayat Samiti Nandishala Jan Sahbhagita Yojana", launched in 2021-22, by the Animal Husbandry Department, Rajasthan, aims to support the construction of permanent infrastructure for the shelter of stray male cattle in each Panchayat Samiti. The scheme provides financial assistance for Nandishala.

Eligibility
- Eligible entities include local bodies, Panchayati Raj institutions, registered trusts, NGOs, and government-recognized institutions.
- The organization must have been operational for at least 3 years.
- Ownership of 20 bighas of private land to sustain 250 male cattle.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operating a cattle shelter or similar activities.
- Availability of 10% contribution towards the project cost.
