Details
The Padmakshi Award Scheme is designed to reward female students from various categories who achieve the top position in district or state-level board examinations for classes 8, 10, and 12. The scheme recognizes the top performers in different categories, including SC, ST, OBC, General, Minority, BPL, and others. To be eligible, students must score a minimum of 60% in their respective examinations and must be enrolled in the next class. The awards include monetary prizes based on the class and category of the examination.

- - Class 8 (Education and Sanskrit Education): ₹25,000- Class 10 and Entrance Exam: ₹50,000- Class 12 and Senior Secondary: ₹75,000

Eligibility
Female students who have secured the first position at the district level in board examinations for classes 8, 10, and 12 (in Arts, Science, and Commerce streams) or at the state level in Sanskrit Education for class 8, Entrance Exam, and Senior Secondary. A minimum score of 60% is required in the examinations. The caste/category filled in the application form will be considered final. Students must be regularly enrolled in the next class.

- Obtain the application form from the respective school where the student is enrolled.
- Submit the completed application form along with the required documents:
- Copy of the examination mark sheet
- Copy of the bank passbook
- Certificate of regular enrollment
- Caste/category certificate
- Contact the head of the institution or the District Education Officer for further assistance.
