The Overseas/ Out-of-State Art Exhibition Assistance scheme provides financial support of Rs. 100,000 to artists of Gujarat origin for exhibiting their visual arts, including paintings, sculptures, and graphic arts, both within India and abroad. Eligible artists must have previously held three to five solo exhibitions or five to eight group exhibitions. The scheme allows for assistance under the Performance Assistance Scheme once abroad and three times outside the state during their career. Artists are required to display at least thirty works in their sponsored exhibition and must hold two exhibitions under this grant, with the preview show at Ravi Shankar Rawal Kala Bhavan and the second show at the chosen venue. After the exhibition, artists must prepare a detailed expense report and submit it to a chartered accountant for auditing before receiving the financial support. Additionally, for foreign exhibitions, the scheme covers Rs. 100,000 along with economy class airfare, visa fees, and insurance.

Eligibility

- Prepare required documents: Biodata, C.D/USB, Certificate of Professional Course, Gallery Confirmation Letter, Identity Card, Passport Size Photos, Show Proof (invitation Card/Catalogue/News Paper Cutting if any), Work Photographs (30).
