Details

The One Rupee Per Kilo Wheat Scheme is part of the National Food Security Act (NFSA) and provides 35 kilograms of wheat per ration card to Antyodaya ration card holders. Additionally, Below Poverty Line (BPL) and State BPL beneficiaries are entitled to receive 5 kilograms of wheat per unit per month at the rate of 1 rupee per kilo.
