The OBC-22 scheme provides financial assistance in the form of a loan to students from socially and educationally backward classes who wish to pursue training for a commercial pilot license. Candidates must have completed Matriculation, Higher Secondary, or an equivalent examination and possess all necessary qualifications as determined by the training institution.
