The Nirman Shramik Antarrashtriya Khel Pratiyogiyo hetu Yojna aims to encourage registered beneficiaries and their children working in building and other construction sectors to participate in international sports. This scheme is implemented under the provisions of the Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1996, specifically Section 22(1)(H), and the Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2009, particularly Rules 57 and 58. The scheme is applicable to registered beneficiaries who regularly contribute to the fund and is effective throughout the state of Rajasthan.
