Details

The scheme falls under the purview of the Labour Department of Madhya Pradesh. The scheme provides financial assistance in the form of funeral and ex-gratia payments to the legal heirs of unregistered construction workers who die during construction site work under the MP Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board. The deceased worker does not need to be registered with the Madhya Pradesh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board.

Eligibility

  1. The applicant should be a domicile in the state of Madhya Pradesh.
  2. Applicant should be a Building and other construction workers.
  3. Applicant age should be between 18 to 60 years.

  1. The applicant has to submit the application form in the prescribed format and within the time limit to the office of the designated officer.
