The New Tenure Premium (Agri.) scheme is a policy aimed at simplifying the procedure for converting new and inalienable condition land, as well as new condition land under restricted authority type, to old condition for both agricultural and non-agricultural purposes. This initiative is managed by the Revenue Department of the State Government.
