The New Akanksha (Education Loan) GNTDNT scheme provides financial assistance to students who have been admitted through the Central Admission Committee (ACPC) for various courses such as Medical, Engineering (Degree), MCA, MBA, and Nursing (Degree/Diploma). The scheme has an annual income limit of Rs. 3.00 lakh. Students can receive a loan of up to Rs. 10,00,000 for the entire course, with a per semester limit of Rs. 1,25,000. The interest rate is set at 4% per annum for male students and 3.5% for female students.
