Offline
- To avail the benefits of this scheme, the applicant must first download the application form/proposal format from the department's website https://shm.uk.gov.in/ or obtain it from the concerned Horticulture Mobile team Centre office. The applicant must then prepare the proposal in the prescribed format. - If there is any difficulty in preparing the proposal, the Horticulture Mobile team Centre personnel will assist.
