"Mumkin - Livelihood Generation Scheme" is an initiative launched by the Jammu & Kashmir State specifically aimed at empowering its young population. Recognizing the challenges faced by unemployed youth, this program offers financial assistance to help them embark on their journey towards self-employment. By providing subsidies and facilitating bank loans, Mumkin removes a significant financial barrier for aspiring young entrepreneurs, allowing them to invest in small commercial vehicles and establish themselves within the transportation sector. This not only fosters self-reliance among Jammu & Kashmir's youth but also injects fresh energy and resources into the local economy.
Benefits
- - Up to ₹80,000subsidy (or 10% of on-road price, whichever is lower) per beneficiary from Mission Youth
- Matching subsidy from the vehicle manufacturer (equal to Mission Youth& 39;s contribution)

Eligibility
- Applicant must be domicile of Jammu and Kashmir.
- The age of the applicant should be between 18 to 35 years.
- Applicant must be unemployed.
- Applicant must have commercial driving license
- In case, renting a vehicle to someone else : Affidavit required to be submit with his/her commercial driving license
- Applicant must not be received any financial assistance or subsidy from government organization for self employment.
- Applicant can get the scheme benefit only at once.
