Details
The Chief Minister Mass Marriage Scheme (Mukhyamantri Samuhik Vivah Yojana) has been operational since the financial year 2017-18. Launched by the Uttar Pradesh government, this scheme aims to assist in the marriage of daughters from economically weaker families in the state, as well as in the remarriage of widows, abandoned women, and divorced women. The state government provides a total financial assistance of ₹1,00,000 for each beneficiary couple, which includes ₹60,000 transferred to the bride's bank account, wedding gifts worth ₹25,000 for the bride and groom, and ₹15,000 allocated for event expenses such as food, pandal, furniture, drinking water, and electricity.

Eligibility
The applicant must meet the following criteria:
- The bride must be 18 years or older, and the groom must be 21 years or older.
- Family annual income must be up to ₹3 lakh.
- The applicant must be a native of Uttar Pradesh.
- Benefits are available for girls whose marriage has been arranged and who have not been previously married, as well as for legally divorced and widowed women seeking remarriage.
Exclusions
This scheme does not cover individuals who do not meet the specified eligibility criteria, including those who are not native to Uttar Pradesh or whose family income exceeds ₹3 lakh.

To apply online for the Mukhyamantri Samuhik Vivah Yojana:

- Click on the 'Apply' link on the homepage and perform Aadhaar authentication by entering the bride and groom's Aadhaar card number and date of birth for e-KYC, entering the OTP received on the registered mobile number, and entering the captcha code.
- Fill in the application form with personal details, marriage details, annual income details, and bank details. Upload the required documents, enter the captcha code, and click on the 'SUBMIT' button.
