Details
The scheme “Mukhyamantri Krushak Mitra Yojana” launched by the Energy Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh, aims to create infrastructure for permanent agricultural pump connections through the distribution company. The scheme provides grants and cost-sharing support to farmers and distribution companies for infrastructure development.
Benefits
- - Cost Sharing Support: Only 50% of the infrastructure development cost will be borne by the concerned farmer or group of farmers
- Government Grant: 40% of the cost will be provided directly by the State Government to the power distribution company as a grant
