Registration
Step 1: Visit the Official Website of "Madhya Pradesh Lok Sewa Guarantee Portal" and click "नागरिक पंजीयन (Citizen Registration)".
Step 2: In the registration page, provide the following mandatory information: Name, Gender, Mobile No., Email ID.
Step 3: Create a new password and confirm the same. Fill the captcha code. Verify your Mobile Number via OTP. Finally, click "Register".
Application
Step 1: Visit the Official Website of "Madhya Pradesh Lok Sewa Guarantee Portal" and click "लॉग इन (Login)".
Step 2: Login using your registered Email ID and the password created during registration.
Step 3: On the homepage, sort the list of services "By Department". Further, select the Department and the respective scheme that you intend to apply for. On the next page, detailed information about the scheme will be displayed.
Step 4: In the scheme's online application form, fill in all the mandatory fields and upload all the mandatory documents in the specified format and size (fields marked with * are mandatory), and click "Submit". Alternatively, you may apply via your nearest Lok Sewa Kendra / MP Online / CSC by making a payment of ₹20/-.
