Details
The Mukhya Mantri Border Villages Sarvangi Utkarsh Yojana was launched in 2012-13 for the overall development of tribal people living in border villages of the state. This scheme focuses on the development of scheduled tribe individuals in 495 villages across 11 districts that border other states. As of the year 2023-24, the scheme has been revamped to include not only housing, roads, electrification, drinking water, education, and economic development but also to expand its scope to include Anganwadi centers, health centers, milk collection centers, multi-utility centers, and eco-tourism initiatives in these border villages.
