The Chief Minister's Abhyudaya Yojana was announced by the Uttar Pradesh government in January 2021 and has been formally implemented since February 16, 2021. This scheme aims to provide underprivileged and economically disadvantaged students in the state with access to elite civil services such as the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) and Indian Police Service (IPS) through competitive exams. The program offers free coaching, guidance, and resources to meritorious students from economically weaker sections to prepare for various competitive examinations, including UPSC, UPPSC, NDA/CDS, JEE (Mains), and NEET. The scheme prioritizes youth from rural and underprivileged areas and provides both online and offline training with the assistance of experienced officers.

Eligibility

- Class 10th and 12th students for JEE/NEET
- Graduate students for civil services
- Must be a native of Uttar Pradesh
