The Mukhya Mantri Nishulk Janch Yojna provides free diagnostic tests for all patients in Rajasthan. Residents of Rajasthan who visit hospitals for health check-ups or are suffering from illnesses are first registered at the hospital. Following this, free tests are conducted based on the consultation provided by the physician. Under this scheme, free diagnostic tests are available at all medical institutions in the state, including 90 medical colleges, 56 district hospitals, 101 community health centers, and 66 primary health centers. The scheme aims to expand its reach by adopting a Hub and Spoke Model, increasing the number of tests available at various health facilities.

All residents of Rajasthan who require health check-ups or are suffering from illnesses are eligible to apply for this scheme.
