Monsanto Scholarship (M.Sc. Agriculture Science and Agriculture Biotechnology)

The “Monsanto Scholarship (M.Sc. Agricultural Science & Agricultural Biotechnology)” scheme is implemented by Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar, under the Department of Agriculture, Government of Uttarakhand. The scheme aims to provide financial assistance to meritorious students pursuing an M.Sc. in Agricultural Science & Agricultural Biotechnology by awarding them scholarships for three semesters.

Rate of Scholarship: ₹1,000/- per month (For 3 semesters only).

1. The applicant must be a student.
2. The applicant must be enrolled in an M.Sc. in Agricultural Science or Agricultural Biotechnology program at Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar.
3. The scholarship is awarded for a duration of three semesters only.

Offline

Students are first invited to submit their applications on the prescribed form. A committee, constituted by the Vice Chancellor, then reviews and evaluates these applications following a defined procedure. Based on the committee’s recommendations, the Vice Chancellor grants approval, after which the selected students receive the scholarship payments.
