The Construction Certificate/Labour Card is to be shown when applying for any of the claims under the BoCW Act. It is important for the worker to renew their Construction Certificate/Labour Card in order to remain active members. This renewal must be undertaken on a yearly basis.

Yes, a Construction Worker native to any place in India, but working in Delhi can register with the DBoCWWB. The Construction Workers must own an Aadhar Card from any place in India and should have a Proof of Residence of staying in Delhi.
