The Maternity Assistance and Beti Protsahan Scheme provides financial assistance to cover expenses incurred during the maternity period, including health check-ups, medicine, and nutritious diet. The scheme aims to support organized sector laborers by offering a one-time financial aid of Rs. 10,000 for delivery expenses. Additionally, if a girl child is born, an extra Rs. 10,000 is provided in the form of a bond.
