Marriage Assistance provides a cash benefit of Rs. 10,000 to employees of Tamil Nadu or their children upon legally attaining the age of marriage. To be eligible, employees must contribute to the Labour Welfare Fund and have a monthly salary not exceeding Rs. 25,000.
