The scheme aims to foster overall societal development by establishing cluster-based Local Institute of Vocational Education (LIVE) centers, offering both informal and formal courses based on local demand. This initiative is in collaboration with GIDC, Industries Associations, and the industries of the concerned district at Government ITIs and GIDC. The main objective is to create local employment and self-employment opportunities through skilling, re-skilling, and up-skilling of local candidates by starting various training classes through associations, industries, and government institutions.
