Eligibility
Residents of Rajasthan must provide:
- Proof of residency in Rajasthan
- Certificate stating they are not an income taxpayer
- Disability certificate issued by an authorized medical expert, based on which an RFID card will be issued by the corporation.

To apply, visit the office of the Chief Manager with the required documents and a passport-sized photo to obtain an RFID card.
