Ladli Social Security Allowance Scheme

Launched on 1st January 2006, the scheme “Ladli Social Security Allowance Scheme” is a flagship social-security scheme by the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of Haryana. Through this scheme, the eligible family receives benefits for 15 years after either of the two parents completes 45 years of age. A sum of ₹2,750/- per month per family is provided to the families who have solely girl child/children. The parent(s) should be either domicile of Haryana or should be working for the Government of Haryana.
Benefits
- ₹2 500/- per month for 15 years after either of the two parents completes 45 years of age. NOTE 1: The benefit will be paid to the mother. In case the mother is deceased the benefit will be paid to the father. NOTE 2: After 60 years the scheme will be converted to "Old Age Samman Allowance" scheme

Eligibility
- The biological single parent/parents of the family should be domiciled in Haryana or should be working for the Government of Haryana.
- The family should have no son, whether biological or adopted.
- The family should have one or more girl children.
- The gross annual income of the family, from all sources, should not exceed ₹2,00,000/-.
NOTE: The benefit will be paid to the mother. In case the mother is deceased, the benefit will be paid to the father.
Exclusions
Application Process
Offline
Step 1: The interested applicant should visit (during office hours) the Office/ Sub-Office of the District Social Welfare Officer (DSWO), and request the hard copy of the prescribed format of the application form from the staff exclusively entrusted to issue and collect filled-in applications.
OR
The applicant should take print of the application form.
Step 2: In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields, paste the passport-sized photograph (signed across, if required), and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attest, if required).
Step 3: Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the documents to the DSWO.
Step 4: Request a receipt or acknowledgement from the concerned authority to whom the application has been submitted. Ensure that the receipt contains essential details such as the date and time of submission, and a unique identification number (if applicable).
Online
Step 1: Visit the official website of the "Antyodaya SARAL" Portal.
Step 2: In the "SIGN IN HERE" section, click "New user? Register here".
Step 3: The registration form will open in a new window of the browser. Fill in all the mandatory fields of the form. Create a strong password. The password should be at least '9' characters with at least one special character(!@#$%^&*), one numeric, one small case and one upper case letter (i.e ADmin@357). Fill in the captcha code and click "Submit".
Step 4: An OTP will be sent to the email ID and the Mobile Number provided in the registration form. The OTP received will be for single use only and will be valid for 15 minutes from the time of request. The verification link received over email will be valid for 48 hours from the time of request. On successfully validating the Email ID and Mobile Number via OTP, the following message will be displayed to the user: "You have successfully registered on https://saralharyana.gov.in/. Please login to the application using your email ID and password".
Step 5: Visit the official website of the "Antyodaya SARAL" Portal. In the "SIGN IN HERE" section, log in using your Login ID and Password.
Step 6: On the next screen, in the left pane, click on ‘Apply for Service’, then click "View All Available Services".
Step 7: You will be shown a list of schemes/services. Click on the scheme you intend to apply for. You will be taken to its online application form.
Step 8: In the application form, fill in all the mandatory details, click on ‘Self-Declaration’. Enter the verification code/Captcha and click on the ‘Submit’ button.
Step 9: Preview all the filled details and click on ‘Attach Annexure’. Upload all the mandatory documents and click on ‘Save Annexure’.
Step 10: After verifying all the details, click on the ‘Submit’ button. Take a printout of the generated ‘Acknowledgement Receipt’ for future reference.
Track Your Application/ Appeal
Through Portal
Step 1: Visit the SARAL Portal at https://status.saralharyana.nic.in/
Step 2: Click "Tracking Feature".
Step 3: Select the department and service from the dropdown menu.
Step 4: Enter your Appeal/ Application Reference ID (provided to you when you applied for the service) and click on "CHECK STATUS".
