The scheme “Lab on Wheels” is implemented by the Uttarakhand State Council for Science and Technology (UCOST) under the Science and Technology, Government of Uttarakhand. It aims to promote & popularize science education among school students and youth studying science subjects across all 13 districts of the state.

Eligibility
- The applicant must be a resident of one of the 13 districts of Uttarakhand.
- The applicant must be a student or youth studying science subject in a government or non-government school.
