Under the Krishi Yantra scheme, farmers in Rajasthan can purchase farming-related equipment from authorized dealers and receive cash subsidies based on the type of equipment and their category. Eligible individuals must own agricultural land, not have received grants for similar implements in the past three years, and adhere to specific grant limits based on equipment horsepower.

Details

The Krishi Yantra Scheme under the Agriculture Department of the Rajasthan government has decided to start the Agricultural Machinery Subsidy Scheme for the convenience of farmers. In this scheme, if the farmer purchases farming equipment from an authorized dealer, then the state government gives a subsidy to the farmers which is 40% of the total price. Up to 50% subsidy is given to government farmers.

Payment of grant

  1. Physical verification of the instrument will be done by the Agriculture Supervisor/Assistant Agriculture Officer.
  2. Purchase bill will have to be presented at the time of verification.
  3. The grant will be paid online into the farmer's bank account.

The limit of maximum grant on agricultural equipment mentioned above is the BHP of their tractor/power tiller/power driven equipment. Based on capacity.


Note-

  1. Subsidy on all other approved agricultural machinery will be payable as per the provisions of Sub Mission on Agricultural Mechanization (SMAM).
  2. NFSM (Wheat and Pulses) Under the scheme, SMAM on agricultural equipment like Rotavator/Turbo Seeder, Multicrop Thresher, Seed Drill/Seed cum Fertilizer Drill, Disc Harrow/Disc Plow etc. The grant is payable as per the provisions of the scheme.

Eligibility

  1. Own agricultural land in his/her own name.
  2. In case of undivided family, the applicant's name must be in the revenue record.
  3. For tractor-operated agricultural implements, the tractor must be registered in the applicant's name.
  4. Not have received a grant for the same type of agricultural implement in the last three years.
  5. Not have received a grant for more than 3 different types of agricultural implements in a financial year.

Registration

Step-1: Applicant have to visit the official portal.
Step-2: Click on the option “Register”.
Step-3: Then you will be redirected to the SSO registration page. The registration page will appear with the following options.

  • Citizen

Step-4: Choose the either one option from the Jan Aadhaar Or Google to process further.

  • Jan Aadhaar : Enter the Jan Aadhaar number, click on the ‘Next’ button,

    • Select your name, the name of the head of the family and all the other members and
    • Click on the ‘Send OTP’ button. Enter the ‘OTP’ and
    • Click on the ‘Verify OTP’ button to Complete the registration.
  • Google : Enter the Gmail ID, click on the ‘Next’ button,

    • Enter the password.
    • A new link appear on screen, now click on new SSO link.
    • SSO id will appear on screen, now create the password.
    • Enter Mobile number, click on registration.

Step-5: Complete the registration process.

Step-3: Click on “ RAJ-KISAN ” option.
Step-4: In "Citizen", click on "Application Entry Request".
Step-5: Enter the "Bhamashah Family ID" or "Jan Aadhaar" and search.
Step-6: Select the person name and scheme name.
Step-7: Complete the Aadhaar Authentication and click on Get details.
Step-8: Provide the required details.
