Kisan Samriddhi Yojana Jharkhand

The "Kisan Samriddhi Yojana" by the Department of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry & Cooperative, Government of Jharkhand, aims to promote solar energy-powered irrigation systems to reduce dependency on fossil fuels and lower agricultural costs. Through this scheme, farmers receive up to 90% subsidy for solar irrigation units, enhancing their income and fostering sustainable agricultural practices.

1. Farmers receive a 90% subsidy on solar-powered irrigation units, reducing their agricultural costs.
2. Two types of solar units are available: 5 HP fixed and 2 HP portable, catering to varied irrigation needs.
3. Solar units eliminate the need for electricity or diesel, ensuring year-round irrigation.
4. The portable 2 HP unit is mobile, making it suitable for multi-location usage.
5. Reduced maintenance costs for solar-powered systems.
6. Encourages sustainable energy use, contributing to environmental conservation.

1. The applicant should be a farmer, self-help group, cooperative, or farmer producer organization registered in Jharkhand.
2. The applicant must have a valid Aadhaar card and Aadhaar-linked mobile number.
3. A registered office of the group/organization must be located in Jharkhand.
4. The applicant must own or have access to land near a water source.
5. Only one member per family is eligible for benefits.
6. The applicant should be aged 18 years or above.

Step-1: The applicant should gather copies of the necessary documents needed to apply for the concerned scheme.
Step-2: The applicant should visit the nearest Common Service Center (CSC) and complete the Biometric Verification Process.
Step-3: The applicant should ensure that the CSC agent completes all mandatory fields in the application form and uploads copies of all required documents.
Step-4: Request a receipt or acknowledgment from the concerned authority to whom the application has been submitted. Ensure that the receipt contains essential details such as the date and time of submission, and a unique identification number (if applicable).

NOTE:

• Applicants must link their ration card with Aadhaar for e-KYC verification.
• Pay the 10% contribution fee as per the unit cost.

Group Registration Process:
Step-1: The applicant may visit the official website "Kisan Samriddhi Yojna"
Step-2: Click on "Group Registration" and fill the details like: Group Type, Group Name, Enter Group Name, Registration Number, GST/PAN/TAN Number, Registration Date etc.
Step-3: Click on "Submit"
