The “Kala Utsav Pratiyogita” scheme is implemented under the Samagra Shiksha Programme by the Secondary Education Department, Government of Uttarakhand. The scheme aims to promote and encourage artistic talent among school students of Classes 9 to 12. In 2023-24, the state-level competition was organized by the Haridwar district. Effective cooperation and coordination were ensured in organizing this competition from the district level to the state level.
