Eligibility
Only permanent residents of Rajasthan are eligible for this scheme. The pilgrimage must be undertaken through the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, and a certificate of successful completion must be attached with the application.
Exclusions
This scheme is not available to individuals who are not permanent residents of Rajasthan.

The application process for the Kailash Mansarovar pilgrimage will be conducted through the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India. The application process for grants from the Devasthan Department will be online, with dates announced via departmental notifications, typically from June to September. Applications must be submitted within two months of completing the journey, along with required documents. For offline applications, forms can be downloaded from the departmental website and submitted at the office of the Assistant Commissioner, Devasthan Department. Offline applications will only be accepted if special instructions are issued.
