Eligibility
- Applicant must be a family member of a prisoner currently serving sentence in a state jail in Gujarat.
- The prisoner should be the sole or main earner of the family.
- The prisoner's family must be economically dependent on the prisoner.
- The total family income should not exceed ₹1,50,000/- per annum.
- The family should not be fragmented (i.e., should be living together and dependent on the prisoner).

Offline
Step 1: Visit the District Jail/ Sub Jail/ District Social Defense Office and obtain the application form.
Step 2: Fill out the form with all required details and attach the necessary documents (Self-attested, if required).
Step 3: Submit the completed application to the office of the District Welfare Officer/ Sub Jail.
