Under this scheme, eligible beneficiaries receive up to 100 days of employment per financial year in various urban development projects.

Eligibility
- The applicant should be an unskilled worker willing to work in urban areas.
- The applicant must be a resident of Jharkhand and living in an urban local body (own/rented/slum) since before April 1, 2015.
- The applicant should be 18 years or older.
- The disabled person, women in special circumstances, and senior citizens above 65 years are also eligible to apply.

Online
Job Card Apply Process:
- Visit the official website of Mukhyamantri Shramik Yojana: msy.jharkhand.gov.in
- Click on the "Application" link/button.
- Select "Apply for Job Card".
- Fill out the form with the required information, such as your address, Aadhaar card number, mobile number, etc.
- If you need to add additional family members, click on the "Add More" button and fill in their details.
- Accept the terms and conditions and complete the captcha verification.
- Click on the "Submit" button.
- Your job card application number will be generated and displayed.
Job Card Download Process:
- Visit the official website and click on the "Download Job Card"
- Enter your Job Card Number and Aadhaar Number.
- Complete the captcha verification.
- Click the "Submit" to download the card.
After Generated the Job Card Raise a Request for "Demand Work":
- Click on the "Demand Work"
- Fill Job Card Number and Aadhaar Card Number.
- Fill in the Demand Days (specify the number of days for which you are demanding work).
- Complete the captcha verification.
- Submit the request.
- Work allocation details will be sent via SMS to the registered mobile number and will also be available on the scheme’s portal.
Offline
Step 1: The interested applicant should visit (during office hours) the designated Community Resource Person in the respective ward/NULM (National Urban Livelihoods Mission) Cell of the Urban Local Body and request a hard copy of the prescribed format of the application form from the staff exclusively entrusted to issue and collect filled-in applications.
Step 2: In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields, and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attest, if required).
Step 3: Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the documents to the designated Community Resource Person in the respective ward/NULM (National Urban Livelihoods Mission) Cell of the Urban Local Body.
Step 4: Request a receipt or acknowledgment from the concerned authority to whom the application has been submitted. Ensure that the receipt contains essential details such as the date and time of submission, and a unique identification number (if applicable).
