The scheme “IT Incubation Centre” is implemented by the Information Technology Development Agency (ITDA) under Department of Information Technology, Government of Uttarakhand. It aims to promote entrepreneurship and innovation in the fields of Information Technology, Medical Technology, Electronics, Artificial Intelligence, Biotechnology, and related sectors by providing a supportive ecosystem for startups.

Eligibility
- Startups registered in Uttarakhand, along with IT and medical students (especially those involved in Skill Development, IT & AI, Travel & Tourism, Healthcare, Technology, and Bio-Robotics), are eligible to avail the benefits offered by the Incubation Centre.

Application Process
Offline
- The startup team will contact the center manager.
- The startup team can consist of 1 to 3 members.
- The workspace will be allocated for 1 to 2 years (extendable under special circumstances, if required).
- Startups may send their requirements via email (diritda-uk@nic.in).
- The manager will allocate resources as per the startup’s needs.
- The startup team will provide proper progress reports of the work.
- Startups will have to submit their company registration number in hard copy or soft copy, along with other certificates such as ISO certification.
- After completion and verification of records, the workspace will be allotted based on availability.
