International Financial Assistance

The scheme "International Financial Assistance" by the Sports, Youth and Cultural Activities Department, Government of Gujarat aims to encourage and support sportspersons from Gujarat participating in international-level competitions by providing a one-time financial assistance of ₹75,000/- to cover costs related to boarding, lodging, air travel, kit, or miscellaneous expenses. This initiative ensures that deserving athletes are not hindered by financial constraints in their pursuit of excellence on global platforms.

• Financial Assistance: ₹75,000/- is provided to eligible sportspersons to cover expenses for boarding, lodging, travel (including air tickets), sports kits, and other related miscellaneous expenses.

• The applicant should be a sportsperson representing Gujarat in any recognized international-level sports competition.
• The applicant should be a resident of Gujarat.
• The applicant should be male.

Registration Process:

Step 1: Visit the homepage of the Sports Authority of Gujarat.
Step 2: Click on the “Registration” button on the upper-right side of the page.
Step 3: Fill in all the required details as per the form and submit it.

Application Process:

Step 1: After registration, check your registered email for login credentials.
Step 2: Select “Player” as the user type and log in using the credentials received.
Step 3: Click on the concerned scheme name and proceed with the application.
