Details

The Government of Gujarat has launched the Interest Subsidy Scheme on Education Loan to support students who have taken loans to study either in India or abroad. This scheme provides a 100% interest subsidy on education loans during the moratorium period, which includes the duration of the course plus an additional year, for loans up to a maximum of Rs 10 lakhs.

Eligibility

Students who have passed HSC and have a family income limit of Rs 6,00,000. The scheme is applicable to college students across the state.

  3. Submit required documents including Aadhar Card, Age Proof, Bank Pass Book/Cancelled Cheque, Birth Certificate, Identity Card, loan Approval letter, Mark sheets, Passport Size Photos, and Receipt of fee paid.
