Details

The scheme is established under the provisions of Section 22(1)(h) of the Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1996, and the rules framed under the Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2009. The purpose of this scheme is to relieve registered beneficiaries engaged in building and other construction work from the burden of interest payments on loans taken from financial institutions/banks for business purposes. This scheme will be applicable to registered construction workers who are contributing regularly and are registered as beneficiaries under Section 12 of the Act. The scheme will be effective throughout the state of Rajasthan.

Eligibility

Registered construction workers under the Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1996, who are contributing regularly and are registered as beneficiaries under Section 12 of the Act.
