Launched by the Department of Agriculture & Farmers’ Welfare, Govt. of Meghalaya, iTEAMS aims to facilitate farmers' access to sustainable markets through a transparent advisory service via iTEAM Dial 1917. The scheme provides free telephonic advice, access to subject matter specialists, and transport services to help evacuate farmers' produce to markets at a nominal rate.

The scheme “Integrated Technology Enabled Agriculture Management System Or iTEAMS” was launched by the Department of Agriculture & Farmers’ Welfare, Government of Meghalaya to address the critical issues of enabling and facilitating access to remunerative and sustainable markets for farmers' produce in the most transparent and effective manner through facilitation service iTEAM Dial 1917, whereby farmers can be assisted on the following activities
- 12/6 Physical Connectivity to Markets.
- Access to input suppliers and bidders.
- Tailor-made advisory solutions on crops, Package of practices, Animal Health Care, etc.
- Assured logistics and Transport solutions at the rate of 0.20/kg/km.
- Livelihood options through leasing Agri Response Vehicle.

- The applicant should be a resident of Meghalaya.
- The applicant should be a bonafide farmer engaged in agriculture.
