The Instrument Assistant scheme provides financial assistance to students from socially and educationally backward classes pursuing Medical and Engineering studies. The assistance is offered at different rates: Rs. 10,000 for Medical students, Rs. 8,000 for Engineering students, and Rs. 3,000 for Diploma students.
