The INSPIRE Award Manak Scheme aims to encourage talented students in the field of science through innovation and creativity, and to shape their future in scientific research. Selected students are provided with financial and personal assistance to realize their original scientific ideas that are beneficial to society.

  • Additional ₹20,000for the top 10% of innovative ideas selected for SLEPC (State Level Exhibition and Project Competition)
  • Support for prototype development for the top 10% of innovative ideas selected for NLEPC (National Level Exhibition and Project Competition)
  • Financial assistance of ₹10,000 for innovative ideas selected from across the country.
  • Additional ₹20,000 for the top 10% of innovative ideas selected for SLEPC (State Level Exhibition and Project Competition).
  • Support for prototype development for the top 10% of innovative ideas selected for NLEPC (National Level Exhibition and Project Competition).

Eligibility

Students in grades 6 to 10, aged between 10 to 15 years, who have innovative and creative scientific ideas beneficial to society. The school must be registered on the E-MIAS portal.

Application Process

  1. Apply online through the E-MIAS portal.
  2. Schools nominate the best 2 to 3 innovative ideas (SYNOPSIS) for eligible students.
  3. Required documents include a brief description of the innovative idea, a copy of the student's bank passbook, and Aadhar number.
