The Infrastructure subsidy for Privately Developed Industrial Estates is a government scheme aimed at supporting the development of new industrial estates located outside a radius of 30 kilometers from Chennai City Centre. The scheme provides a subsidy of 20% of the cost of approved infrastructure items, with a maximum limit of Rs. 1 crore per estate.
