Details
This scheme, known as the 'Incentive Scheme for Construction Workers and their Dependent Children for Passing the Preliminary Competitive Examination for Indian/Rajasthan Administrative Service', aims to encourage the children of registered construction workers to connect with the mainstream of development. It is implemented under the provisions of the Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1996, and the Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2009. The scheme is applicable to construction workers registered as beneficiaries under the Act and who regularly contribute to the welfare fund.

Eligibility
