The “Incentive Honorarium to Parents of Permanent Residents of Madhya Pradesh who enroll their Daughter in Defence Services” scheme was launched by the Home Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh. Under this scheme, a monetary incentive per year is provided to the parents of daughters who are serving or have served in the defense services.

Benefits

  • Annual Honorarium:
  • ₹20,000per year is granted to the parents whose daughters are serving or have retired from the defense services. Mode of Disbursement:
  • The sanctioned amount is directly credited to the beneficiary’s bank account through the District Sainik Welfare Office

Eligibility

  1. The applicant must be a permanent resident of Madhya Pradesh.
  2. The applicant must be the mother or father of a daughter serving or retired from any recognized defense service (Army, Navy, or Air Force).
  3. The applicant’s daughter must be serving in a recognized defense unit or retired not more than five years ago.

Online

Registration

Step 1: Visit the official website of "Sainik Welfare", and click "Log-in".
Step 2: In the online registration form, fill the following mandatory fields: Email ID, Mobile Number. Create a password and confirm. Finally, click "Submit" to complete the registration.
Step 3: After successful registration, the User ID and Password will be generated.

Application

Step 1: Visit the official website. Sign in using your Username and Password created during registration.
Step 2: Navigate to the online form of the scheme. In the form, fill in all the mandatory fields and upload all the mandatory documents in the specified format and size.
Step 3: Carefully review all the information provided and the documents uploaded. Make any necessary corrections. Click "Save Application". You'll receive a confirmation message upon successful submission of the application, along with an "application number". Click "Print Application" to print the application.

Offline

Application Process

Step 1: The interested applicant should visit (during office hours) the District Sainik Welfare Office and request a hard copy of the prescribed format of the application form.
Step 2: In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields, and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attest, if required).
Step 3: Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the documents to the respective District Sainik Welfare Office.

Post-Application Process

Step 1:**** The District Sainik Welfare Officer verifies the service certificate and domicile details.
Step 2:**** Verified applications are forwarded to the Directorate of Sainik Welfare, Madhya Pradesh, Bhopal.
Step 3:**** The Directorate sanctions and allocates the funds to the respective District Sainik Welfare Office.
Step 4:**** The honorarium amount is then credited directly to the applicant’s bank account.
