The scheme "House of Himalayas" has been launched by the Department of Rural Development, Government of Uttarakhand. It aims to provide a new identity to local Himalayan products of Uttarakhand by improving their branding, marketing, quality and packaging, and supporting them to reach national and international markets.

Eligibility
- The applicant must be a resident of Uttarakhand.
- The applicant must be a member of a Self-Help Group (SHG), a Community-Based Organization (CBO), a woman entrepreneur, a Local Collective (LC), or a Cluster Level Federation (CLF) formed under any scheme run by the various departments of the Government of Uttarakhand.

The products produced by members of Self-Help Groups (SHGs) formed under any scheme run by various departments, Community-Based Organizations (CBOs), women entrepreneurs, Local Collectives (LCs), and Cluster Level Federations (CLFs) will be included under the House of Himalayas.
